About Creative Oundle

The origins of Creative Oundle go back to 1985 and the first Oundle International Organ Week…

From this grew Oundle International Festival (1995) and Oundle Music Trust (2009), with Creative Oundle formed in 2021, now covering the following strands:

Oundle International Festival – annual 10-day multi-arts summer festival
Oundle for Organists – training courses for aspiring young organists
Oundle Cinema – community cinema with up to 20 screenings a year of largely classic movies
Oundle Food Festival – annual free celebration of regional food and drink produce

There is also an Oundle Fringe summer festival which happens at a similar time as the International Festival, with numerous small-scale events in the town centre.

Creative Oundle’s mission is to inspire, educate and entertain using the power of the creative and performing arts to transform and enhance our quality of life, enabling all sectors of the community, including those who may lack access to high quality arts programming, to engage with and enjoy the arts.
