Kathryn Tickell & Amy Thatcher

The incredibly successful folk performer, Northumbrian piper and composer Kathryn Tickell returns to Oundle with accordion player and clog dancer, Amy Thatcher (last seen in Oundle with The Shee in 2015). Evocative slow airs that could break your heart move seamlessly into rapid-fire jigs and reels. Amy’s clog steps provide a joyous percussive element. A very special evening is in store with this sparkling duo.

In 2015 she was awarded the OBE for services to folk music.
